Removing Pain by Removing Dirty Blood

Many clients who come to us for a HijamaHerbs session with the purpose of removing pain are amazed to see the dirty blood that is coming out from their body. When they see the dark, sticky, lumpy blood coming out, they gasp at the sight of the dirty blood, saying they can’t believe there is such a bad thing residing in their body all this while.

I always tell them, “Well, it a good thing you came here to remove the dirty blood. Once we remove it, the pain and inflammation you feel will also be released, and you should feel much relief and relaxation after that, insha-Allah.”

An Effective Natural Remedy for Children with Cold Flu

The common cold is an upper respiratory infection caused by a virus. According to the Mayo Clinic, more than 100 different viruses can cause the common cold. However, the rhinovirus is most often the one that makes people sneeze and sniffle, and it’s highly contagious. Getting hit with cold and flu can make anyone feel miserable. Symptoms include fever, cough, stuffy nose, body aches, headaches and fatigue. Fortunately, there are several things you can do naturally to alleviate this health problem.

When your child gets a cold, it starts when he has a general feeling of not being well, often followed by a sore throat, runny nose or cough. At the beginning, the sore throat is due to a buildup of mucus. Later, your child may get a postnasal drip — when the mucus runs down the back of his nose to the throat. As your child’s cold gets worse, he may wake up with symptoms like watery mucus in the nose, sneezing, feeling of tiredness, fever, sore throat and cough.
